A darasin da ya gabata a wannan fili na fiqhu an kammala bayanine kan ibadodi. Alhamdu lillah an tabo babobi dabam dabam a wannan sashe misali babin tsarki, Alwala, Taimama, wankan janaba, jinin al’ada na mata kamar-jinin Haila, nifasi, da istihadha. 4-Walimar Aure.

5-Dhukulin Aure.

6-Zamantakewa ta Aure.

7-Haqqoqin ma’aurata.

9-Khul’i: Wani nau’i na saki idan ya kasance mata ce bata son mijinta kuma tana so ya sake ta to anan Shari’a taba da damar ayi abinda ake ce ma khul’i wato zata fanshi kanta ta hanyar biyan wasu kudade ga mijin domin yayi wani Auren, bayani sanka-sanka zai zo akansa in mun kawo wajen.

          1-Maana da kuma muhimmancin Aure: Kalmar Aure a larabci tana da maana guda biyu,maana a lugacce da kuma maana a isdilahance wato a fanni na fiqhu. Maana Nikah a lugacce yana nufin hada abu ko tara abu amma a isdilahin fiqhu yana nufin qullin auratayya tsakanin namiji da mace akan asasin sharuddan da addinin Musulunci ya shinfida. Idan muka juya ga daya bangaren wato Falalar Aure shima zamu ga cewa akwai hadisai masu yawa da aka ruwaito daga Manzon Allah [SAAW] da kuma Aimma na Ahlul bayt [AS] da ke nuna muhimmancinsa da kuma falalarsa, ga wasu daga cikin Hadisai: 1-Manzon Allah [SAAW] Ya ce, “Babu wani gini da aka yi a cikin Musulunci mafi soyuwa zuwa ga Allah kamar Aure.”2-Imam Sadik[AS] ya ce, “Raka’a biyu da mai Aure zai yi tafi raka’a saba’in da marar Aure zai yi.”3-Manzon Allah [SAAW] ya ce, “Wanda yayi Aure haqiqa ya cika rabin Addininsa saboda haka yaji tsoron Allah a sauran rabin.”4-Manzon Allah [SAAW] ya ce, “ Kuyi Aure domin Aure yana daga cikin sunna ta.5-Manzon Allah (SAAW) ya ce ma wani saurayi. “Ya kai saurayi kayi Aure kashedinka da yin Zina domin yinta zai cire imani daga cikin zuciyarka.”6- Imam Ali[AS] Ya ce, “Yin Aure sunna ce daga cikin sunnonin Manzon Allah wanda ya bar shi to ya rabar sunnar Manzon Allah.”7-A wani Hadisi Manzon Allah [SAAW] ya ce, “Yaku taron samari duk wanda ya samu ikon yin Aure daga cikinku to ya yi Aure domin shine mafi kiyayewa ga ganinku da kuma Al-aurarku.” Da dai sauran Hadisai masu yawa akan haka, akwai ma wani Hadisi da aka ruwaito daga Manzon Allah [SAAW] Ya ce, “Duk wanda ya bar yin Aure saboda gudun talauci to haqiqa ya munana zato ga Allah Ta’ala.”A wani Hadisi Manzon Allah [SAAW] Ya ce, “Mafi yawan ‘yan wuta gwarayene.” Wato wa]anda basu da Aure,a wani Hadisin kuma Manzon Allah [SAAW] Ya ce, “qasqantun matattunku sune gwaraye.” In mutum ya duba cikin littafin Tariril wasila na Imam Khumaini zai ga ya kawo wasu daga cikin wadannan Hadisai da aka kawo har da wannan mai cewa mafi yawan ‘yan wuta……

2-Siffofin Maaurata: Wato siffar wadda ya kamata namiji ya Aura ko mace ta Aura,idan mutum yayi bincike zai ga akwai Hadisai masu yawa da aka ruwaito akan siffofin matar da mutu ya kamata ya Aura, misali ga wasu daga cikin wa]annan Hadisai:1-Manzon Allah [SAAW] Ya ce, “Ana Auren mace saboda abu hudu saboda dukiyarta ko matsayinta ko kyawunta ko saboda riqo da Addininta, cikon Hadisin sai Manzon Allah ya ce, ka fifita maabuciyar addini wato a cikin wadannnan siffofi ka zabi wadda take riqo da Addini. 2-Manzon Allah[SAAW] Ya ce, “Duk wanda ya auri mace saboda dukiyarta ko kyawunta to ba zai samu dukiyarta ba ko kyawun nata amma wanda ya Aure ta saboda Addininta to Allah zai Azurta masa dukiyarta da kuma kyawunta.”Daga cikin siffofin da ake so mutum ya lura dasu shine ta kasance mai kamun kai ,mai kyakkyawan hali da dai sauransu, to haka nan ita ma mace ta zama ta muhimmantar da maabucin Addini,mai kamun kai,mai kyakkyawan dabi’a da dai sauransu,kiyaye wannan asasi ko rashin kiyayewa to yana iya tasiri ga ‘ya’yan da za a haifa bayan Auren.

3-Aqadin Aure: Wato daura Aure zai iya kasancewa ta fuskoki ko hanyoyi guda hudu: 1-Ta hanyar waliyyai misali mahaifin Ango da mahaifin Amarya. 2-Ta hanyar wakilai wato wakilin Ango da wakilin Amarya. 3-Ta hanyar waliyyi da wakili ko waliyyi da Ango misali mahaifin Amarya da wakilin Ango. 4-Ta hanyar maauratan kai tsaye tsakaninisu wato Ango da Amarya su daura ma kansu Aure,ta yiyu wani abin ya bashi mamaki ko ya kawo ish-kal cewa to ina shaidu,idan mutum ya duba littafin Fiqhu ala- mazahibil-khamsa zai ga cewa dangane da kafa shaidu na daurin Aure ga abinda ya ce, Mazhabar Shafi-iyya, Hanafiyya da Hanbaliyya sun tafi akan cewa daurin Aure bai qulluwa sai da shaidu amma a Malikiyya ba wajibi bane.A Imamiyya mustahabbi ne kafa shaidu ba wajibi ba wato lokacin daura Aure amma a saki kafa shaidu wajibi ne bayaninsa zai zo nan gaba insha Allah fasali na saki idan anzo.Saboda haka A mazhabar Malikiyya da Imamiyya kafa shaidu a lokacin daurin Aure ba wajibi bane mustahabbi ne akan wannan asasi da maaurata zasu daura ma kansu Aure yayi sai dai sun rasa ladar mustahabbi na rashin kafa shaidu amma a sauran mazhabobi kamar Hambaliyya da Shafi’iyya bai yi ba. A wannan fasali na Aqadi ababe 5 za a dan yi bayani akansu yadda ya sawwaqa saboda gudun tsawaitawa sune: A-Siga. B-Sadaki. C-Sharuddan masu daurin Aure. D-Hukuncin sharadin da aka yi lokacin Aure. E-Lokacin da ya dace a daura Aure. Insha Allah a darasi na gaba za a yi bayani kan wadannan ababe da aka ambata.
