Bayani kan Daurin Aure Print E-mail

A wannan darasi bayani zai gudana ne insha Allah kan babin ]aurin Aure,wanda a wannan babin na A}adi bayani zai gudana kan wa]annan ababe:

A-Siga.

B-Sadaki.

C-Sharu]]an masu ]aurin Aure.

D-Hukuncin shara]in da aka yi lokacin ]aurin Aure.

E-Lokacin da ya da ce a ]aura Aure.

          A-Siga: Sune kalmomin da ake amfani dasu wajen a}adin Aure tsakanin mai bayarwa da kuma mai kar~a,wa]anda zasu iya kasancewa ko waliyyan ma’auratan ko kuma wakilansu ko kuma akasi misali tsakanin waliyyin amarya da kuma wakilin ango,ko kuma tsakanin ma’auratan da kansu wato ango da amarya.wani tanbihi muhimmi anan shine wannan siga da za a yi lokacin ]aura aura to lazim wato dole ya kasance da harshen larabci za a yi domin yi da larabci ]in yana matsayin Ihtiya]i na wajibi ne wato ba Ihtiya]i istihbabi bane,idan mutum ya duba littafin Tahriril wasila na Imam Khumaini zai ga cewa yayi bayani akan cewa yin sigar da wanin larabci bai wadatar ba wato bai yi ba,inda kawai sigar da wanin larabcin yake inganta shine sai idan ba zaa iya yin larabcin ba to anan ana iya anfani da wani harshen misali Hausa da makamantan su domin yin sigar,Imam Khumaini yai bayani cewa idan masu yin sigar ba zasu iya yin larabcin ba to su wakilta wani ko wasu da zasu iya yi da larabcin duk da wakiltawar ba wajibi bane,a ta}aice dai in yi da larabcin ba zai yiyu ba to ana yayi da wani harshen misali Hausa ko yarbanci da dai makamantansu.

Ga misalin na siga da larabcin idan an wakilta wasu ne su gabatar,idan sunan amaryar Fa]ima shi kuma sunan angon Ahmad,to sai wakilin amaryar ya ce, “Zawwajtu muwakkilati Fa]ima muwakkilaka Ahmad ala sada}i kaza.” Nan take sai wakilin ango yace, “{abiltu limuwakkili Ahmad ala sada}i kaza.” Kasantuwar abisa al’ada mafi yawan lokuta magabata ne ke gabatar da al’amarin ]aurin aure ko kuma wa]anda suka gabatar da ]aurin ba akan fahimta ta Ahlul bayt suke ba ko kuma kaga an ]aura auren bada an yi siga ba haka ya sha faruwa akwai lokacin da su Malam[H] suka tafi wani ]aurin aure to da suka dawo ana har ]aura auren sai su Malam suka ce an dai shafa addu’a domin ni ban ji an yi siga ba a ]aurin auren wato dole sai an yi wannan sigar aure yake tabbata a ta}aice dai se an samu abinda ake ce ma Ijab da {abul kafin auren ya tabbata, to saboda gudun wa]annan matsaloli su ma’autaratan daga baya misali gabanin dukuli zasu iya yin sigar tsakanin su da larabcin ita amaryar sai ta ce, “Zawwajtuka nafsi ala sada}i kaza.” Shi kuma Angon nan take sai ya ce, “{abiltu tazwija.” Dukkan mazahib na Imamiyya,Malikiyya,Shafi’iyya,Hanbaliyya da kuma Hanafiyya sun tafi akan cewa siga ta ]aurin aure tana inganta da wani harshe ko yare idan ba za a iya yin larabci ba,in da suka sa~a shine idan za a iya yi da larabcin sai ba a yi ba aka yi da wani harshe kamar Hausa to ya yi ko bai yi ba? Malikiyya, Hanafiyya da kuma Hanbaliyya suka ce ya yi,amma Imamiyya da kuma Shafi’iyya suka ce idan har za a iyayi da larabcin ya kasance ba a yiba to bai inganta ba.Wata mas’ala da take da ala}a da ]aurin Aure shine minene hukuncin kafa shaidu ko shaida lokacin ]aura aure? A Imamiyya kafa shaidu lokacin ]aura Aure Mustahabbi ne amma a sauran Mazahib na Ahlus sunna kafa shaidu lokacin ]aura Aure Wajibi ne.      

            B-Sadaki:Ha}}i ne daga cikin ha}}o}in matar da za a aura,kuma zai iya kasancewa duk wani abu mai }ima da daraja da musulmi ya mallaka ba wai lalle sai ku]i ba misali za a iya bada mota ko fili ko gona ko dabba kamar sa ko ra}umi to duk wa]annan ababen da aka ambata da makamantansu masu }ima za su iya kasancewa a matsayin sadaki ba wai sai mujarradin ku]i ba,bama wannan ba sadaki zai iya kasancewa akan yin asasi wani aiki da mutum zai yi misali a ce sadakin shine zai yi noman wata gona na shekara ]aya ko sama da haka ko kuma in shi direba ne a ce zai yi aikin mota na tsawon shekara ko sama da haka ko kuma in shi malami ne a ce sadakin shine zai karantar na tsawon lokaci kaza da dai makamantansu a ta}aice dai a mazhabar ja’afariyya babu maganar }arancin sadaki ko yawansa wato babu cewa sadaki sai ya kai kaza ko kuma kada ya wuce kaza amma mustahabbi ne a wajen yawa kada ya wuce sadakin sunna wanda shine Dirhami 500 kuma wannan shine sadakin Sayyida Fa]ima[AS]. Amma a mazhabar Malikiyya mafi }arancin sadaki shine Rubu’in Dinari in an canza zuwa naira ya kama wajajen N15,000 ne.

          C-Sharu]]an masu ]aurin aure:Shara]i ne ga masu ]aurin Aure su kasance masu hankali haka nan kuma su kasance baligai wato wa]anda taklif ya hau kansu.Shara]i ya kasance matar ta halatta mutum ya aure ta wato ya kasance babu wani dalili da yana aurenta misali na nasaba ko sabab da dai makamantan su.

          D-Hukuncin shara]in da aka yi lokacin ]aurin aure:Ya halatta a shar]anta duk wani shara]i ta ~angaren amarya ko ango lokacin ]aurin aure wanda bai sa~a ma shari’a ba,kuma wajibi ne idan an yi irin wannan shara]i da bai sa~a ma shari’a ba da a cika shara]in amma idan shara]in wanda ya sa~a ma shari’a ne misali ita amaryar ta yi shara]in cewa ba zai auri wata ba a bayanta ko kuma ba zai ta~a sakinta ba ko kuma shi angon ya sa shara]in cewa in ya mutu ba ta da gadon shi wato ba zata ci gadon shi ba,to ire-iren wa]annan shara]i da suka sa~a ma shari’a ba za a yi aiki dasu ba,in kuma an shar]anta irinsu a lokacin ]aura aure to ]aura auren yayi amma shara]in bai yi ba.Shara]in da bai sa~a ma shari’a ba misali lokacin da zai aure ta ta ce masa ba zai fitar da ita daga garinsu ba zuwa wani gari da zama to har in ya yarda da wannan shara]i to wajibi ne ya cika wato ya barta a garin da take sai dai idan ita amince da canjin daga baya ko kuma ta shar’anta cewa gidan zai sakata ta kasance ita ka]ai ne ko kuma bayan auren su zai bar ta ta cigaba da karatunta na boko to ire-ire wa]annan shara]in wajibi ne mutum ya cika su tun da basu sa~a ma shari’a ba.

          E-Lokacin da ya dace a ]aura Aure:Akwai wa]ansu ranaku guda bakwai na kowane wata daga cikin watannin Musulunci 12 da cewa Makruhi ne ]aura aure a cikinsu wa]annan ranaku sune:3,5,13,16,21,24,25 Wa]annan ranaku da aka ambata yana da muhimmanci a guji sa ]aurin aure a cikinsu.In kuma har an sa ]aurin auren a cikinsu to sai abi abun da addu’a.

          2-Walima:Bayan ]aurin aure sunna ne yin walima,akwai ababe guda biyar da sunna ne yin walima a cikinsu wato in Allah Ta’ala ya ni’imta mutum da wani daga cikinsu sune

1-Aure.

2-Haihuwa.

3-Shayi-kaciya- na yaro idan an yi masa.

4-Idan mutum ya mallaki gida ta hanyar ginawa ko saye to ana son mutum yayi walima domin wannan ni’ima.

5-Idan mutum ya dawo daga aikin Hajji shima ana son mutum yayi walima.Wa]annan ababe da aka ambata na walimomi ruwayar Hadisi ne daga Manzon Allah[SAAW].Ita amsa gayyatar walima mustahabbi ne mutum yaje idan an gayyace shi ko da ko azumi mutum yake yi zai iya zuwa kuma zai iya cin ko shan ababen da aka gabatar a wajen walimar in dai azumin nafila ne,amma in ya bar wajen zai cigaba da azumin sa ne ba wai zai cigaba da cin abinci bane misali in ya koma gida.A walima ba a son ta}aita gayyata ga masu hali kawai,a’a ana son gayyatar da masu halin da kuma fa}irai,Manzon Allah ya ce, “Mafi sharrin walima itace wadda aka gayyaci mawadata aka bar fa}irai.”

          3-Dukhuli:Bayan walima abi na gaba shine dukhuli wato shigar ango zuwa ga amarya shima akwai ladubba da suka zo akan haka daga cikin wa]annan ladubba akwai cewa idan zai shiga wajenta ya kasance yana da alwala saboda abu na farko da zai fara yi in shiga ]akin ko in da take shine zai nafila raka’a biyu bayan haka kuma sai ya yi addu’a,akwai wata addu’a da Imam Khumaini ya kawo cikin Tahrirul wasila wadda ita ake son mutum yayi,in kuma bai samu yin ta ba sai yayi abinda ya sau}a}a masa koda da hausa ne na ro}on Allah ya albarkaci zamansu ya kuma kiyaye su daga dukkan sharri ya kuma azurta su da zuriyya ]ayyiba.Abu na }arshe a wannan fasali shine ladubbab kusantar iyali,shima akwai ladubba masu yawa akai daga cikinsu akwai cewa duk lokacin da mutum yayi nufin kusantar iyalinsa ana son ya zamo yana da alwala gabanin haka musamman idan matar tana da ciki,haka nan ana son mutum yayi a}alla ta’awwuzi da kuma basmala kafin saduwar tasu wato ya ce Auzu billahi- mina sshai]ani rajim- Bismilahirrahmanir Rahim.

Haka nan akwai wasu lokuta da makruhi ne saduwa da iyali a cikin su daga cikinsi akwai daren da aka yi kusufin wata ko ranar da aka yi kusufin rana ko kuma daren farko da daren 15 da daren }arshe na kowane wata na Musulunci.Amma a daren farko na watan Ramadan shi wannan ba kome kamar yadda yazo a ruwaya.Haka nan makruhi ne saduwa da iyali a daren idodi biyu wato daren {aramar sallah da kuma daran babbab sallah.Mustahabbi ne saduwa da iyali a daren Litinin da daren Talata da daren Alhamis da kuma daren Jumma’a amma daren laraba makruhi ne,kiyaye wa]annan ladubba da aka ambata dama wa]anda ba a ambata saboda nauyin fa]arsu ko rubuta su wannan ma saboda karatu ne ya biyo damu akansu,to yana da muhimmanci kiyaye su saboda suna da tasiri sosai ga abunda za a haifa ga kuma samun lada idan an kiyaye wato an aikata.Sai kuma darasi na gaba insha Allah zamu cigaba.
