A cigaba da kawo wasu babobi da ba a yi ba a wannan darasi na Fi}hu a shekarun baya akwai wannan babi na Al-walar Jabira,ma’anar jabira shine duk wani abu da ake sawa a saman rauni ko karaya misali bandeji ko wani magani da zai iya zama shamaki a ga~o~in da ake wankewa misali hannu ko shafawa misali }afa.Ga mas’aloli dabam-dabam da suka shafi Al-walar Jabira.

          Mas’ala ta 1:Wanda ya kasance akwai bandeji a wani sashe na ga~o~in al-walarsa idan zai yiyu ya cire shi,to wajibi ne ko dai ya cire shi ko kuma ya shigar da ruwa a }ar}ashinsa wato inda ake wankewa,amma idan wajen da ake yin shafa ne to abinda ya wajaba shine cirewar.Idan kuma cirewar ba zai yiyu ba to in a ga~o~in da ake shafawa ne sai ya shafa akai,in kuma a ga~o~in da ake wankewa ne to wajibi ne ya sadar da ruwa }ar}ashin bandejin in zai yiyu,in ko ba zai yiyu ba to sai yayi shafa akai.

          Mas’ala ta 2 :Hukuncin yin shafa akan bandejin da aka sanya shi a wajen wankewa misali fuska da hannaye ta fuskacin gwargwado da kuma yadda za a yi shafar kamar hukuncin wankewa ne a halaye na ]abi’a,wato lokacin da ake lafiya lau.Haka nan hukuncin yake a bandejin da aka sa a wajajen shafa kamar kai da kuma }afafuwa.

          Mas’ala ta 3 :Fatawa mafi }arfi shine rauni ko ciwon da yake a bu]e wanda kuma ba zai yiyu a wanke shi ba to anan ya halatta a wadatu da wanke gefen raunin ko ciwon,amma ihtiya]i na mustahabbi tare da yin hakan shine a ]ora }yelle akan raunin,sai a yi shafa a kai.

          Mas’ala ta 4 :Idan ya kasance a fuskarsa ko a hannunsa akwai rauni ko karaya kuma ba wai ansa masa bandeji bane to in sa masa ruwa ba zai cutar dashi ba kuma zai iya wankewa to ya wanke ]in,in ko sa ruwan zai cutar dashi ko kuma ba zai yiyu ya wanke ba to sai ya wanke geffan.

          Mas’ala ta 5 :Idan ya kasance raunin ko karayar a wajajen da ake yin shafa ne wato kai ko }afa kuma ba a sa masu bandeji ba to idan ba zai yiyu masa yayi shafar ba akan su to anan zai yi taimama ne maimakon al-walar,sai dai idan zai yiyu masa ya ]ora }yelle akai ya kuma yi shafar to anan sai yayi hakan tare da yin taimama a matsayin ihtiya]i.

          Mas’ala ta 6 :A al-walar jabira wajibi ne wanke ko shafa wajajen da zai yiyu a wanke amma wajajen da ba zai yiyu ba mutum zai shafa bandejin ne da damshin da ke hannunsa.

          Mas’ala ta 7 :Idan ya kasance bandejin ya najastu ko kuma ba zai iya yin shafa akai ba da damshin hannunsa to anan abinda zai yi shine ya samu wani }yelle mai tsarki ya aza akan shi wannan bandeji sai yayi shafar akai da damshin hannun sa.

          Mas’ala ta 8 :Idan ya kasance bandejin da aka sa ya wuce gefen raunin kuma ba zai yiyu a cire shi ba misali a lokacin al-wala to mutum zai yi aiki irin na al-walar jabira a hakan amma zai yi ihtiya]i na wajibi na yin Taimama wato zai ha]a al-walar jabira da kuma Taimama.

          Mas’ala ta 9:Idan wanda yayi al-wala ta jabira ya samu sau}i wato lafiya to ba wajibi bane a gare shi ya rama salloli da yayi da irin wannan al-wala ta jabira,bama haka ba da ace zai yi al-walar jabira sai yayi sallah sai kuma ya samu lafiya to zai iya yin sallah ta gaba da wannan al-walar ta jabira matu}ar dai bai yi wani abu da yake ~ata al-wala ba.

          Mas’ala ta 10 :Ya halatta ga wanda yake da wannan lalura ta al-walar bandeji yayi sallah a farkon lokaci musamman in ya ]ebe tsammanin samun sau}i a lokacin,in ko yana tsammanin kafin lokacin sallar ya fita zai samu sau}i har ya iya yin al-wala bata jabira ba to anan sai mutum ya jirkinta.

          Mas’ala ta 11 :Idan ya kasance amfani da ruwa zai cutar da wata ga~a daga cikin ga~o~in al-wala da ake wankewa ko shafawa alhali mutum ba wani rauni ko karaya ne yake dashi ba to anan abunda ya ayyana akan sa shine Taimama,wato mutum ne lafiyar sa lau amma in yayi amfani da ruwa domin yin al-wala zai haifar masa da wani ciwo to anan abinda ya wajaba akan sa itace Taimama.

          Wannan kenan dangane da Al-walar Jabira a ta}aice.Kuma kamar yadda ake al-walar jabira to haka ake wanka na jabira wato hukunce-hukuncen su iri ]aya ne,misali mutum ne wankan janaba ya kama shi kuma ga raunuka a jikinsa an sa masu bandeji to yadda aka yi bayanin na al-walar jabira haka zai yi na wankan.

Hukunce-hukuncen Al-wala

          Bayan bayani dangane da Al-walar Jabira,za a kammala da bayani dangane da hukunce-hukunce na al-wala ta fuskoki dabam dabam.

          1-Wajibobin Al-wala:Ababen da suke wajibi a al-wala sune:Wanke fuska,wanke hannu,shafar kai da kuma shafar }afa.Haddin fuska da ya zama wajibi a wanke shine a tsawo daga mafarar gashi zuwa gefen ha~a,a kuma fa]i daga babban yatsa zuwa yatsa na tsakiya amma wajibi ne yin }ari akan haka domin samun ya}ini.Haka nan wajen wanke fuska wajibi ne mutum ya faro wankewa daga saman fuska zuwa }asa wato bai halatta mutum ya faro wanke fuska ba daga }asan fuska ba ko tsakiyar ta ba.A wajen wanke hannu wajibi ne a faro wankewar daga gwiwar hannu zuwa ga }arshen yatsun hannu,shima wajibi ne }ara wani abu akai na dantsen hannu wato daga gwiwar hannun sai ya ]an somo wankin daga samansa domin samun ya}ini.Haka nan a wajen wanke hannu wajibi ne a faro wankin daga saman hannu zuwa }asa wato ba daga }asan hannu ba ko tsakiyar hannu zuwa sama ba.Haka nan wajen wanke hannu wajibi ne a wanke shi har ya zuwa yatsun hannu saboda da mutum zai tsaya akan wuyan hannu to al-walar ba ta yi ba.Wankin fuska ko hannu na farko wajibi ne na biyu ya halatta amma wanki na ukku ba a shar]anta yin haka ba a Fi}hun Ahlul bayt wato dai wanke su so ]aya ake yi ko biyu amma ba ukku ba kamar yadda yake a Fi}hun Ahlus sunna.Abinda yake wajibi a shafar kai shine shafan wani sashe na gaban kai amma abinda yake ihtiya]i na wajibi kar a wadatu da abinda bai kai fa]in yatsa ba.Shara]i ya kasance shafar kai da mutum zai yi ya kasance da damshin ruwan da mutum yayi amfani da shine wajen wanke hannu wato ba wani sabon ruwa ne zai yi amfani dashi ba wajen shafar,haka nan kuma ihtiya]i na wajibi shafar kan ya kasance da hannun dama ne.Haka nan wajibi ne ya kasance shafar }afa ta dama da hagu ya kasance da danshin ruwan da mutum yayi amfani da shine tun a wanke hannuwansa ne,wajen shafar }afa mutum zai fara ne daga kan yatsun }afarsa zuwa mararrabar idon sawu.Haka nan wajibi ne mahallin shafar wato kai da kuma }afa su kasance a bushe lokacin shafar saboda haka idan ya kasance akwai ruwa-ruwa a }afar mutum ko kansa lokacin shafa to wajibi ne ya goge kafin shafar amma babu matsala idan ya kasance akwai lema a }afar ko kan ta yadda in da mutum zai sa hannunsa da yake a bushe to damshin lemar ba zai iya yin naso a hannunsa ba.Amma ba shara]i bane ga~o~in da ake wankewa kamar fuska da hannuwa su kasance a bushe lokacin wankewa wato su koda da ruwa jikinsu kafin wankewar ba matsala.Haka nan wajibi ne mahallin da za a yi shafar ya kasance mai tsarki ne misali idan }afarsa da zai shafa akwai najasa a jiki to wajibi ne ya tsarkake najasar kafin shafar.Idan ya kasance damshin da mutum zai shafa kansa da kuma }afarsa ya bushe a hannunsa to bai halatta ga mutum ya ]ibi wani sabon ruwa ba domin shafar, abunda zai yi shine kufan ruwan al-walarsa misali na fuskarsa ko hannunsa to su mutum zai ta~a sai yayi shafar dasu.Haka nan wajibi ne a wajen shafa ya kasance hannu shi zai yi shafar ba wai mutum ya tsaida hannunsa ba cak ya ka]a kansa ko }afarsa akan hannun.

          2-Sharu]]an Al-wala:1-Niyya wato shara]i ne,shara]i anan da ma’anan wajibi.2-Shara]i ne ruwan da mutum zai yi al-wala ya kasance mai tsarki ba mai najasa ba.3-Shara]i ne ruwan da mutum zai yi al-wala dashi kada ya kasance na }wace ko sata.4-Shara]i ne ya kasance buta ko kwano da ruwan al-walar yake ciki ya zamo na halal ne wato ba }wato shi ko sato shi aka yi ba.5-Shara]i ne ruwan da mutum zai yi al-wala ya kasance mu]-la} ba mubaf ba wato mai tsarki mai kuma tsarkakewa.6-Shara]i ne ga~o~in al-wala ya kasance a tsarkake suke.7-Shara]i ne kada ya kasance akwai shamaki da zai hana isar ruwa zuwa ga ga~o~in al-wala.8-Shara]i ne mutum yayi al-walar da kansa domin bai ingata wani yayi masa ba sai dai idan akwai lalura ta yin hakan.9-Shara]i ne ya kasance babu wani abunda zai hana shi amfani da ruwa misali rashin lafiya ko wata lalura a jikinsa wadda in da zai yi amfani da ruwa rashin lafiyar zata }aru.10-Shara]i ne kiyaye tar-tibin al-wala misali in ya wanke fuska ya wanke hannu saannan ya shafi kai bayan haka kuma sai }afafuwa.11-Shara]i ne jerantawa a al-wala wato kada ya kasance akwai tazara mai tsawo tsakanin wannan da wannan misali a ce tsakanin wanke hannu da shafar kai ta yadda tazarar zata iya janyo bushewar hannu kafin shafar kai.12-Shara]i ne ya kasance akwai yelwar lokaci na al-walar amma da ace lokacin sallar ya kusan fita ta yadda inda zai tsaya yayi al-walar to sallar ba zata samu cikin lokaci ba ko kuma zai yi sashen sallar a wajen lokaci ne to anan al-wala ta fa]i akansa taimama ne ta wajaba gareshi.

          3- Abubuwan da suke sai da Al-wala mutum zai ta~a su:Daga cikin su akwai rubutun Al-}ur’ani,haramun ne mutum ya ta~a rubutu na Al-}ur’ani bai da al-wala wato ayoyinsa ko kalmominsa kai ko dama haruffan sa ne ko kuma wasullansa,kuma babu banbanci a cikin Al’}ur’ani ne ko a wani littafi ko a jarida da dai makamantan su.Haka nan haramun ne ta~a sunayen Allah Ta’ala ba tare da al’wala ba.Haka nan ihtiya]i na wajibi suma sunayen Annabawa da kuma Aimma na Ahlul bayt haramun ne ta~a su babu Al’wala.

          4-Shakka cikin Al-wala:Shakka dangane da al-wala ya kasu biyu ne:Akwai shakka dangani da asalin yin al-wala wato mutum yayi ta ko bai yi ba,akwai kuma shakka dangane da ingacin al-wala.Na farko shakka dangane da asalin cewa yayi al-wala ko bai yi ba to anan ya danganta,idan gabanin ya fara sallah ne wannan shakkar ta zo masa to kawai zai je yayi al-walar ne,in ko yana cikin sallah shakkar ta zo masa na ko yayi alwala ko bai yi ba to anan sallar shi ta ~aci wajibi ne yayi al-wala ya kuma sake sallah,amma idan bayan ya gama sallah ne wannan shakkar ta zo masa to anan sallar sa ta inganta sai dai wajibi ne gareshi idan zai sallah ta gaba yayi al-wala misali yayi sallar Zuhur bayan ya gama sai yana shakka yayi al-wala kafin sallar ko bai yi ba to anan sallar Zuhur ]insa ta yi,amma idan zai sallar Asar to wajibi ne yayi al’wala.Na biyu Shakka kan ingancin al-wala wato mutum ne bayan ya kammala al-wala sai yana shakka al-walar dai-dai yayi ta ko ba dai-dai ba to anan sai ya ]auka cewa dai-dai ne yayi ta.Insha Allah a darasi na gaba za a kawo cikon babobin da ba a yi ba wato abinda ya shafi Jini na mata kamar jinin Haila,Nifasi da kuma istihadha wanda da shine za a kammala sashen Ibadat sai kuma shiga sashen mu’amalat wato yanzu kenan an yi babobi na tsarki,Sallah, Azumi,Zakka da kuma Hajji,ga mai bu}atar ganin wa]annan darussa da suka gudana a babobin da aka ambata yana iya duba shafin wannan fili a WWW.TAMBIHI.NET
