 Insha-Allah a wannan darasi na fi}hu na goma sha-]aya bayani zai kasance kan sallar }asaru.kuma bayani zai gudana kan wa]annan ababe:1-Matsayin sallar }asaru.2-Sharu]]an sallar }asaru.3-Abubuwan da suke yenke sallar }asaru.4-Wa]anda basu yin sallar }asaru.5-Ta’a}ibin sallar }asaru.6-Hukuncin nafila a sallar }asaru.7-Hukunce-hukuncen sallar }asaru.8-Wajaje 4 dangane da sallar }asaru.9-Taraddudi a waje guda har  kwana talatin.10-Wanda bai yi sallar }asaru a hanya ba har ya dawo gida.11-Azumi ga matafiyi.

1-      Matsayin sallar }asaru:An samu sa~ani tsakanin Malaman Ahlus-sunna da kuma Shi’a akan cewa sallar }asaru Ruksa ce wato mutum na da za~i akan ya yi ta ko kuma ya cika sallah.ko Azima wato dole mutum yayi ta bai da za~i.To anan Imamiyya da Hanafiyya sun tafi akan cewa Azima ce,wato in dai tafiya ta kama mutum,kuma ta cika sharu]]an sallar }asaru,to dole }asarun zai yi.Amma a mazhabar  malikiyya,shafi’iyya da Hanbaliyya sun tafi akan cewa sallar }asaru Ruksa ce,wato a tafiya a wajensu mutum na da za~i ko yayi }asarun ko ya cika.Amma duka mazahabobi na sunna da shi’a sun yi ittifa}i  akan cewa sallah mai raka’a 4 ake ma }asaru wato sallar zuhur,asar da kuma isha’i,sallar magriba da kuma asuba su ba a yi masu }asaru.

2-      Sharu]]an sallar }asaru:Akwai sharu]]a guda 8 wa]anda sai sun kasance ne matafiyi zai iya yin sallar }asaru sune:1-Shara]ine tsawon tafiyar ya kai kilomita 45,zuwa ko dawowa ko kuma zuwa da dawowa amma nan da shara]in cewa kada zuwan ya kasa rabin tsawon tafiyar,misali kilomita 20 sai dai sama da haka,kamar zuwan ya kasance kilomita 25,amma fa  nan ana nufin ga mas’alar zuwa da dawowa ne.2-Shara]ine ya kasance lokacin da mutum  ya fita ya zamanto yayi niyyar yin wannan tsawon tafiya wato ta kilomita 45.Da ace misali yayi niyyar tafiya }asa da haka kamar ace kilomita 20 ne garin da zai je,to da yaje can sai kuma yayi niyyar zuwa wani gari misali ace garin kilomita 30 tsakaninsu,to anan duk zai dunga cika sallah ne,sai dai wajen dawowa zai yi sallar }asaru ne,in yayi niyyar keto wa]annan kilomitoci duka.3-Shara]ine ya kasance mutum ya dawwama ga niyyarsa ta tsawon tafiyar.Da ace misali ya fita da nufin zai yi tafiya zuwa wani gari,kuma garin ya kai kilomita 45 ko sama da haka,to sai da  ya kai tsakiyar tafiyar sai ya fasa,ko kuma ya kama taraddudi akan ya ci gaba da tafiyar ko ya dawo,to a wannan yana yi na taraddudi ko fasa tafiyar in zai yi sallah a lokacin cikawa zai yi ba }asaru ba.4-Shara]ine ya zamo tafiyar a shari’ance ta kasance ta halal,amma da zai kasance tafiya ce wadda mutum zai je ya aikata  zunubi misali ace zai je ya aikata wani aiki na fasi}anci ko sata  to a nan ba zai yi }asaru ba,cika sallah zai yi.5-Shara]ine kafin ya soma yin }asaru sai ya kai in da ake ce ma “Haddu Tarakkus” wato kamar bayan gari ta yadda mutum ya de na jin rugugin garin.Kamar yadda idan mutum zai yi tafiya wadda ta kai ma ayi }asaru,ba  da ga gida zai soma yin }asarun ba,to haka nan cin abinci misali a lokacin watan Ramadan idan zai yi tafiya har sai ya kai wannan haddu tarakkus zai soma ci ba  da gida ba,amma in ya dawo daga tafiya ne to wannan ba kome daga gida ]in.Haka nan idan mutum ya dawo daga tafiya sallar }asaru tana yenkewa ne idan ya kawo haddi-tarakkus,saboda haka da ace zai yi sallah a wannan waje cikawa zai yi.6-Shara]ine kada ya kasance daga cikin wa]anda suke tafiya itace aikinsu kamar misali masu sana’ar tu}in mota wato su basa }asaru,cika sallah zasu dunga yi.

3-      Abubuwan da suke yanke sallar }asaru:Sallar }asaru tana yankewa a waje ukku sune:1-Mutum yabi ta garinsu,wato idan mutum na tafiya misali ya fito daga wani gari zashi wani gari to idan ya biyo ta garin da yake zaune,to a garin nasu }asaru ta yanke masa har sai ya bar garin ya ci gaba da tafiya.2-Ko kuma yaje wani gari da niyyar zai kwana goma a garin to shima }asaru ta yenke masa.3-Taraddudi a waje guda har tsawon kwana 30,bayaninsa zai zo nan gaba.

4-      Wa]anda basa yin sallar }asaru:Akwai wa]anda suke gasu matafiyane amma a shari’a zasu dunga cika sallah ne ba }asaru ba,daga cikinsu akwai mai yawon kasuwanci wato mutumin da yake kasuwanci daga wannan gari zuwa wancan gari.Daga cikinsu akwai masu sana’ar tu}in mota ko jirgin sama ko na ruwa,amma anan ana nufin wa]anda suke tafiya garuruwa.Daga cikinsu akwai ma’aikaci misali yana zaune a wani gari,amma kuma yana zuwa wani gari dabam aiki,ko da ko zuwa aikin ba kullum yake zuwa ba,indai zai je aikin so ]aya a mako ko kwana goma.Daga cikin su akwai masu yin kiwo,wato kamar Fulani masu kiwo daga wannan waje zuwa wannan waje.To duka wa]annan da aka ambata zasu dunga cika sallane a tafiye-tafiyensu,haka kuma idan a watan Ramadan ne zasu dunga yin azumi,ko da ma ba watan Ramadan ba suna iya yin azumi kamar na nafila da makamantansu.Sai dai wani tambihi anan shine da ace zasu yi tafiya wadda bata da ala}a da irin wa]annan ayyuka nasu to zasu yi }asaru ne a tafiyar,misali ma’akaci da yake zuwa wani gari aiki,sai ya zamanto yanzu zai je wani gari amma bata aikin ba misali ziyarace zai kai ga danginsa ko ga wasu,ko kuma mai tu}in mota ace tafiyar da zai yi bata aikin tu}in motar bace,ta wani abuce dabam to a irin wannan tafiye-tafiye }asaru zasu yi ba cikawa ba.Haka nan wani tambihi muhimmi anan shine wa]annan mutane da shari’a ta sauke masu sallar }asar,to tafiyarsu ta farko da ta biyu duk }asaru zasu yi sai a tafiya ta ukku zasu soma cika sallah.Misali anan shine ma’aikacin da yanzu ne zai fara aikin zuwa wani gari domin aiki a can ko kuma mai tu}in mota yanzu ne zai fara sana’ar tukin.to anan tafiyarsu ta farko da ta biyu ba zasu cika sallah ba wato }asaru zasu yi,sai a tafiya ta ukku daga nan wannan hukunci ya  hau kansu na cika sallah.

5-      Ta’a}ibat ]in sallar }asaru:Ta’a}ibat sune abubuwan da ake so mutum yayi bayan ya sallame sallah kamar tasbihin Sayyida Zahra[AS] da sauransu na azkar da addu’oi.Kuma ta’a}ibat sun kasu kashi biyu,akwai ta’a}ibat na Amma sune wa]anda ake son yinsu bayan ko wace sallah,akwai kuma ta’a}ibat khassa sune wanda ya ke~anta da ko wace sallah,saboda haka akwai ta’a}ibat na sallar Asuba na zuhur,asar magrib da kuma isha’i.Ga mai son ganin wa]annan ta’a}ibat ]in na Amma da khassa yana iya duba littafan addu’oi musamman ma littafin Misbahul mutahajjid na Shaik [usiy.Da yake kusan duk littafan addu’oi sun rairayo ne daga gare shi.kuma mawallafansu sun zo bayan sane,kamar irin su sayyid ibn [awus ko shaik Khaf’ami shima yayi misbahu,in mutum ya karanta shi da kyau zai ga rairayowane daga misbahu na shaik [usiy.To duk lokacin da mutum yayi sallar }asaru akwai nau’in ta’a}ibat  da ake so mutum yayi shine: Fa]in “Subhanallah-Wal hamdu lillah-Wala ilaha illah-Wallahu Akbar.:mutum zai maimaita haka so 33.Amma wannan yana matsayin mustahabbine ne ba wajibi ba.

6-      Hukuncin nafila a sallar }asaru: Sallolin nafilfili na sallar Azahar da La’asar sun fa]i kan matafiyi wato ba zai yi su ba,amma na sallar Magariba da Isha’i da kuma Asuba zai yi su,a ta}aice dai nafilfili na yini ne ba zai yi ba,amma nafilfili na dare kamar sallar Tahajjud duka zai iya yi.Domin ana son ko wace rana in dai mutum ba yana halin tafiya bane ya zamanto yana sallah raka’a 51,kuma lizimtar wa]annan raka’oi 51 yana daga cikin alamomin mu’umini,kamar yadda yazo a hadisi daga Imam Hasan al-askari[AS].Wannan raka’oi 51 ya ha]a da sallolin wajibi da nafifilin su,da kuma sallar tahajjud tare da shafa’i da Witri.A warware ga lissafin adadin raka’oin na sallolin wajibai,wato daga sallar asuba zuwa sallar isha’i, in mutum ya lissafa raka’oinsu zai ga cewa 17 ne.Sai nafifilin ko wacensu: Raka’a 2 gabanin sallar asuba.Raka’a 8 gabanin sallar azahar.Raka’a 8 gabanin sallar la’asar.Raka’a 4 bayan sallar magariba.Raka’a 2 bayan sallar isha’i  ana yinsu a zaunane,amma biyun nan suna makwafin raka’a 1 ne.Sai kuma sallar Tahajjud raka’a 8.Sallar shafa’i raka’a 2.Sallar Witri raka’a 1.in mutum ya lissafa adadin wa]annan nafilfili zai ga sun tashi 34,in kuma ya ha]a su da wa]ancan raka’oi 17 na wajibai zai ga sun tashi 51 cif-cif.To wa]annan raka’oi 51 sune ake so ko wane mabiyin Ahlul bayt ya tsayu da yinsu ko wace rana ba tare da yin fashi ba.Ko da zai kasance mutum bai samu yin wa]annan nafifilin ba saboda wani uzuri,to mustahabbine mutum ya rama su.Misali ace mutum bai samu yin nafilfilin sallar Azahar da La’asar ba,to yana iya ramasu a cikin yinin ko kuma da daddare.Ko kuma bai samu yin nafifilin sallar magrib ba ko isha’i ko sallar tahajjud.to zai iya ramasu a daren ko kuma kashe-gari a cikin yini.To a wa]annan nafilfili da aka ambata idan a halin tafiya mutum yaka na yini sun fa]i akansa ba zai kuma ramka su  ba,wa]anda kawai zai dun ga yi idan yana tafiya sune na dare.

7-      Hukunce-hukuncen sallar }asaru:Wanda yake sallar }asaru sai ya manta ya cika sallah,to in lokacin sallar bai fita ba,wajibine ya sake sallah wato yayi ita }asarun.Amma in da bai tuna ba sai bayan fitar lokacin shi ke nan ba komi akansa wato ba zai rama ba, waccan sallar tayi.Amma da ace  shi matafiyin wanda }asaru take kansa,sai ya manta da }asarun ya kama sallah har ya kai raka’a ta ukku amma bai kai ga yin ruku’u ba,to anan sai ya zauna ya cika sallarsa ta }asaru,kuma wannan sallah ta wadatar,amma da ace bai tuna ba har sai  da yayi ruku’i a raka’a ta ukku,ko bayan ya ]ago daga ruku’i to anan sallarsa ta ~aci,wajibine akansa ya maimaitata.Wata mas’ala kuma itace da mai cika sallah wato mazaunin gida zai manta yayi sallarsa a }asaru,to anan sallarsa ta ~aci ta ko wace fuska wato ko da akan asasin jahilci ne.Amma da ace a sallar }asarune sai mutum ya cika sallar akan asasin jahilci wato shi bai san cewa matafiyi wanda tafiyarsa tasa ta cika sharu]]an }asaru,}asarun zai yi ba cikawa ba,to wannan shi ba komi akansa wato sallar da yayi ta wadatar.Amma in da mutum da gangan yayi kuma ya san hukuncin cewa }asaru ne zai yi,sai ya cika sallah to anan sallar ta ~aci kuma zai rama sallar a cikin lokaci ko wajen lokaci.

8-      Wajaje 4 dangane da sallar }asaru:Matafiyi yana da za~i a wajaje hu]u na yayi sallar }asaru a wajen ko ya cika.Wajajen sune:1-Masallacin ka’aba.2-Masallacin Manzon Allah[S].3-Masallacin Kufa.4-Masallacin Haramin Imam Husain[AS].Amma Malamai sun yi bayanin cewa mutum ya cika  sallar shi yafi falala.Wani tambihi anan shine ana nufin masallatan da aka ambata kawai wato ban da sauran masallatai na garin misali a makkan ko madina.Haka nan sallolin masu yin }asaru tsakankanin masu cikawa bai ~ata sallarsu,in da kawai matsala take ace a samu sahu baki ]ayansa masu yin }asaru ne to sahun dake bayansu sallar jam’insu tana da mish-kila,nan a lura ba sallar sune  ta lalace ba a’a bin jam’insu ne yake da matsala,amma dun an samu ]ai-]ai ku a tsakanin sahu  na masu sallar }asaru wannan ba ko mai,saboda haka mas’alar tana nufin ace sahu ne baki  ]aya suke yin }asaru,to sahun dake bayansu na masu cikawa,ci gaba da bin jam’insu yana da matsala.

9-      Taraddudi a waje guda har kwana 30:Yana daga cikin abin da yanke sallar }asaru taraddudi a waje ]aya har tsawon kwana 30.Misali mutum  ne yaje wani gari da nufin zai sawo wasu kaya k o yin wani aiki,sai yaje bai samu kayan ba,a ka ce masa nan da kwana bakwai kayan zasu samu,kwana 7 yayi kaya basu samu ba,aka sake ce masa nan da kwana  tara  kayan zasu samu,haka-haka dai har ya kai kwana talatin a irin wannan tsammani,to anan sallar }asaru ta yanke masa yanzu zai dunga cika sallane.Haka nan a misalin aikin daya je yana tsammanin zai kammalla aikin }asa da kwana goma,haka-haka dai yana }ara kwanaki har ya kai kwana 30,to shima yanzu zai dun ga cika sallane.Amma fa nan alura ana nufin yana gari ]aya ne a wannan mudda.Wata mas’ala kuma da zata iya shiga cikin wannan hukunci itace,mutum ne aka kama shi aka tsare,bayan haka sai a ka yi wani gari dashi,da aka je can sai yana tsammani }asa da kwana goma za a sake shi,kwanakin suka cika ba a sake shi ba,y a sake tsammanin nan da kwana bakwai haka-haka dai har kwana talatin,to anan tsawon kwanakin nan da yake taraddudi na sakinsa,zai dun ga sallar }asaru ne.amma bayan kwana 30 zai dun ga cika sallah ne,ko da ko ya samu tabbaci cewa gobe za a sake shi.

10-  Wanda bai yi sallar }asaru a hanya ba har ya dawo gida:Idan lokacin sallah ya shiga sai mutum bai yi sallar }asarun ba har ya dawo gida to abinda ya  hau kansa shine zai cika sallar ne,ba wai zai yi }asarun ba,amma ihtiya]i istihibabi shine mutum yayi guda biyun wato ya cika sa’annan kuma yayi }asarun.Haka nan kuma da ace lokacin sallah zai shiga sai ya zamanto bai yi sallar ba yai tafiya wadda ta kai ayi mata }asaru,to abin da ya hau kansa shine zai yi sallar }asaru ne,shima ihtiya]i mutum yayi biyun wato yayi }asarun kuma ya cika sallah,sai dai wa]annan ihtiya]i ko da mutum bai yi su ba ba komi akansa.Wata mas’ala kuma itace  da ace mutum yana halin tafiya lokacin sallah ya shiga har ya fita bai yi ba to anan  in ya dawo gida zai ramata a }asaru ne.Haka nan kuma da yana mazaunin gida lokacin sallah ya shiga har ya fita bai yi ba,sai kuma yayi tafiya wadda za a iya yi ma }asaru,to a halin tafiya ]in in zai rama wannan sallah zai cika ne.Saboda haka ma’auni anan shine yadda ta ku~uce ma mutum a gida ne ko a tafiya.Sai dai shima ihtiya]i istihibabi kamar yadda Imam Khumaini yayi bayani mutum yayi su guda biyun wato ya cika sa’annan yayi }asaru,ko yayi }asaru sa’anan ya cika.

11-  Azumi ga matafiyi:A mazhabar Ja’afariyya tafiyar da ta cika sharu]]an sallar }asaru,to wajibine mutum ya zamanto bai yi azumi ba.Misali ace tafiya ta kama mutum a watan Ramadan tafiyar da ta kai ayi sallar }asaru ,to anan wajibi ne ya aje azumi.Sai bayan watan Ramadan ya biya wa]anda ya sha.Amma matafiyin da cika sallah ne ta hau kansa kamar misalan da aka bayar a baya,to anan wajibine yayi azumin.Kuma wannan hukunci na hani ga yin azumi ga matafiyi ya ha]a da azumin wajibi da kuma na nafila.Amma kuma akwai wajajen da azumin matafiyi ya kan inganta misali mutum zai yi tafiya alhali yana azumi na wajibi ko nafila,to  sai ya bari bayan zawal yayi tafiyar,to anan azumin mutum ya inganta.Haka nan kuma da ace ya dawo daga tafiya zuwa garinsu to idan gabanin zawal ne ya iso gida kuma bai yi wani abu da yake karya azumi ba a hanya to anan zai iya yin azumin wajibinsa ko nafila.Amma in da ace bayan zawal ne ya iso garin nasu to anan azumi ba zai yiyu ba ko da ko ace a hanya bai yi wani abu da yake karya azumi ba.Wani tambihi anan shine kamar yadda mutum ba zai soma yin sallar }asaru ba sai ya kai in da ake cema Haddu-tarakkus to haka nan  idan mutum yayi tafiya gabanin zawal  misali a watan Ramadan to ba zai ci wani abu ba sai ya kai haddu tarakkus,in ko yaci abinci daga gida to hukuncinsa kamar wadda yaci abinci da ganganne a watan Ramadan wato zai yi kaffara ne.Wannan ke nan baki ]aya a ta}aice.
